Company specialising in cleaning educational centres
- At Nord Baleares, we are a company specialising in providing cleaning solutions for educational centres across the island of Mallorca. We handle all the cleaning tasks needed to ensure that every corner of your school, university, secondary school, nursery or academy is always in optimal condition.
- High-contact surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, railings and desks, are critical points in the spread of germs. We use highly effective, eco-friendly and safe disinfectants to thoroughly clean and disinfect these surfaces, significantly reducing the risk of infection and creating a safe environment for students, staff and the environment.
- We know that each educational centre has its own timetable and calendar, so we offer flexibility in cleaning schedules and frequency. We adapt to specific needs, whether cleaning during class hours, at the end of the school day, or even at weekends and on public holidays, so as not to disrupt activities.
- Complying with health and hygiene regulations is essential to ensure the educational centre operates safely. Our service complies with all local and national regulations, ensuring that all areas are clean and disinfected.
- Floor maintenance is essential for the safety and appearance of the facilities. We offer floor polishing and buffing services that not only improve their appearance but also protect the floor, preventing wear and extending its lifespan. This service is ideal for schools with marble, terrazzo or stone floors.
- Rugs and carpets in educational centres can accumulate dust, dirt and allergens that affect air quality. We offer deep cleaning services for rugs and carpets, using specialised machinery that removes residue and ensures a cleaner, healthier environment for students and staff.
- Air quality in classrooms is vital for students' health. We use ozone machines to disinfect the air and eliminate bacteria, viruses, fungi and bad odours, ensuring a healthier, pathogen-free environment.
- With 25 years of experience in the cleaning sector, Nord Baleares is a benchmark for educational centres in Mallorca. Our knowledge and commitment to excellence allow us to offer a personalised service that responds to the specific needs of each centre, always with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
How does our school cleaning service work?
- Our goal is to offer a cleaning service fully adapted to the needs of each school, secondary school, university, nursery or academy in Mallorca, each with its own requirements in terms of timetables, priority areas and cleaning frequency. That is why we work in a personalised, efficient and safe way, at the right time so as not to interfere with school activities.
- We carry out an initial assessment of the facilities to understand the specific needs of your educational centre. This allows us to design a personalised cleaning plan, adapted to the structure of the building, the areas that need the most attention and the required frequencies. Whether daily, weekly or monthly cleaning, we make sure every corner of your school is covered according to your needs.
- Once the plan has been designed, our team begins carrying out the corresponding tasks. From cleaning classrooms, corridors and toilets to disinfecting high-contact surfaces and common areas. We use eco-friendly, safe products and specialised tools to ensure a deep and effective clean.
- Constant supervision is key to ensuring our quality standards are met in every task. We carry out regular inspections to check that all areas are clean and disinfected according to the requirements of the educational centre. Our team of supervisors makes sure every corner is looked after, adjusting the cleaning process when necessary and keeping in constant communication with the centre's staff to ensure their satisfaction.
- In addition to regular tasks, we offer deep cleaning services for areas that require special attention, such as rugs, carpets, high-traffic floors and kitchen equipment. These one-off tasks can be carried out according to the centre's schedule, so that they do not interfere with normal operations. Deep cleans include the use of specialised machinery, high-quality disinfectants and detailed procedures to ensure the facilities are always in perfect condition.
- With Nord Baleares, your educational centre will receive a professional cleaning service, creating a clean and healthy environment for everyone.
